Members of the Regiment were honoured with 99 awards and 97 Mentioned in Dispatches, including 85 Imperial decorations and 14 United States foreign awards. The Regiment itself was awarded 12 Battle Honours.
Over the period September 1950 to July 1953 the Regiment was in constant contact with the enemy, conducting infantry operations of an epic proportion. The story of military skill, mateship, courage and determination expressed in these citations is now enshrined in Regimental history.
